Appointment booking and cancellation policy
Emergency Appointments available every day. Call us before 10am and we do our best to book you in for the same day or within 48hrs
For emergency appointment new patients are always welcome.
You can always drop us a email or fill the contact us form when our lines are busy or if we are closed.
Out of hours emergency appointments will be with subject to the availability of the dentist.
Appointment Cancellation policy:
- Please give us 48 working hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment by giving us a call at 01443474441 or dropping us an email at: contact@kaadentals.co.uk
- We are always happy to reschedule your appointment if you cant make it up. Giving us 48hrs notice will help the other patients who are waiting for urgent dental appointment as we can book them in your place.
